These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all appointments, services, and interactions made through www.hairdominatrix.com (the “Website”) and at Dom II hairdominatrix Ε.Ε. (the “Studio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting our premises, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked via our official website, in person, or by phone.

• A valid name, phone number, and email address are required to confirm a booking.

• We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

2. Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for select services.

• Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit or a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service and may be refused future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to cancellation fees.

• We reserve the right to shorten services for late arrivals to avoid delays for other clients.

5. Allergies, Medical Conditions & Patch Tests

• It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving any service.

• Patch tests are recommended for new clients receiving chemical or color treatments and must be done at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

• Refusal to take a patch test is at your own risk, and Dom II hairdominatrix Ε.Ε. is not liable for allergic reactions or side effects.

6. Results Disclaimer

• We strive to meet all expectations, but individual results may vary based on hair condition, history, and client compliance with aftercare instructions.

• We do not guarantee outcomes, especially when correcting previous color or chemical services done elsewhere.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to:

• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

• Medical or scalp conditions that make service unsafe

• Breach of any terms outlined in this agreement

8. Children & Guest Policy

• Due to the nature of our services, children under 12 are not permitted unless receiving a service.

• Please do not bring guests unless they are scheduled for an appointment.

9. Video, Photography & Social Media Consent

• By booking an appointment, you grant us permission to take photos or videos during or after your service for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before your service begins.

• We will never publish content that is defamatory or violates your dignity or privacy.

10. Personal Belongings

• Dom II hairdominatrix Ε.Ε. is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

11. Health, Safety & Hygiene

• All tools, stations, and materials are sanitized to professional standards.

• If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (e.g. fever, cough, skin infection), please reschedule your appointment.

12. Liability Waiver

• By receiving any service, you agree to release Dom II hairdominatrix Ε.Ε. and its staff from liability for:

  • Allergic or adverse reactions

  • Hair damage due to previous chemical history not disclosed

  • Dissatisfaction with results after you’ve agreed to the service

  • Any injury, accident, or personal harm incurred on premises

13. Refund Policy

• All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, we offer one complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original appointment.

• Products may only be returned if unopened and unused within 14 days, with proof of purchase.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our Website with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
